Proactively identify and cultivate new client relationships, promoting the company's innovative investment offerings
Serve as a trusted advisor, providing insightful guidance and building enduring client rapport
Develop a comprehensive understanding of our investment portfolio and articulate its unique value proposition with clarity and confidence
Generate leads through creative outreach methods, including cold-calling, networking, and targeted outreach campaigns
Ensure all activities comply with California real estate laws and regulations
Represent the company with professionalism, demonstrating a polished demeanor that reflects our core values of excellence
Travel to client sites and conduct face-to-face meetings to foster relationships and close deals
Collaborate seamlessly with internal teams for onboarding, client support, and account management
Engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities to deepen your knowledge of commercial real estate and investment mechanisms
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated enthusiasm for sales, relationship-building, and client engagement
A self-driven mindset—able to work independently with minimal supervision and take ownership of your success

Strong verbal and interpersonal communication skills, adaptable to diverse client profiles

Prior experience in real estate or finance is not required—we value ambition, grit, and a hunger to succeed
