Responsibilities

Ensure roadmap coherence across data initiatives, teams, and domains, aligning priorities with business objectives

Define and maintain value measurement frameworks for data initiatives, ensuring alignment with business outcomes

Align budget allocation and tracking with roadmap priorities and expected value delivery

Contribute to improving data trust and clarity through coordinated governance actions

Run structured satisfaction loops (quarterly surveys, feedback analysis, continuous improvement actions)

Animate and coordinate the Data Champions network to support adoption, alignment, and local relays

Ensure effective governance through structured co-steering committees

Required

Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills

Comfortable working in agile or hybrid contexts
