Provide customers with a hospitable experience while maintaining a professional demeanor
Assist customers in and out of wheelchairs (as needed)
Responsible for safely transporting passengers throughout airport locations (as requested)
Provide passengers with general information or directions
Offer exceptional customer service when interacting with passengers, staff, or general public
Coordinate with dispatch and airport gate agents for assignments or information regarding airline passengers whom require a Passenger Assistant
Comply with all Transportation Security Administration (TSA) checkpoint screening requirements and processes
Complete incident reports for accidents and out of the ordinary events occurring when assisting or transporting passengers
Update and maintain wheelchair logs to track trips
Perform other duties as required
