City Wide Facility Solutions is seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to oversee the business operations of assigned client portfolios for commercial properties. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring service quality, and supporting field operations.

Management Consulting

Responsibilities

Guidance with starting new clients
Inspections of Independent Contractor (IC) performance and compliance with client requirements
Trouble-shooting customer requests/complaints
Coordinating site visits
Developing strong, long-term relationships with clients and Independent Contractors
Negotiating contracts
Procuring supplies for clients
Ensuring high client satisfaction and adherence to a defined scope of work
Growing existing contracts with additional services (upsells)
Participating in the process of recruiting Independent Contractors (ICs)

Qualification

Required

High School diploma required
Ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs
Ability to stand, walk, bend, or kneel for extended periods

Preferred

3-5 plus year's management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience
bachelor's degree highly desirable
Highly detail-oriented and excellent follow-through on commitments
Positive, personable, and outgoing personality; great at building relationships
Excellent verbal and strong written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and knowledge of CRM database
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Effective leader and problem solver
Creative and resourceful
Ability to multitask
