Supervising Therapist - HHSA Public Health

Responsibilities

Providing direct supervision, mentorship, and performance evaluation for clinical and ancillary staff
Collaborating closely with the CCS administrative case management team, PHS leadership team, regional and statewide groups and other internal and external partners
Interpreting and implementing CCS regulations, policies, and program guidelines
Contributing to the development and maintenance of the MTUOnline electronic medical record and coordinating DME and orthotic recommendations and procurement
Supporting program operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, quality improvement efforts and regulatory compliance

Required

Three years of full-time experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist
Graduation from an accredited college or University with major course work in Physical or Occupational Therapy or its equivalent
Possession of a valid California State Driver's license
Possession of a valid Physical Therapy or Occupational Therapy License in the State of California is required
Any license, certification, registration, or appointment required for this position shall be maintained (i.e., active and in good standing) at all times during employment with Napa County

Preferred

Provision of occupational or physical therapy to neurologically impaired individuals is preferred
Pediatric experience is preferred
One-year of supervisory or lead experience is preferred
