Acquisition Program Engineer - Systems
Odyssey Systems is a world-class technical, engineering, and integration company serving the warfighting ecosystem. They are seeking an Acquisition Program Engineer – Systems to provide systems engineering and technical acquisition support for the AFLCMC/EBX Hypersonic Attack Cruise Missile program, ensuring compliance with Air Force and DoD acquisition processes.

Responsibilities
Provide systems engineering support across production and sustainment phases
Manage and sustain the program technical baseline; support system-level reviews and tests
Analyze engineering data and evaluate weapon system performance
Conduct and support engineering trade studies considering performance, cost, risk, and schedule
Support requirements development, validation, and configuration management
Provide technical input to acquisition documentation, reviews, and IPTs
Support risk management activities in alignment with AF SEAM processes
Utilize requirements management tools such as DOORS
Qualification
Required
Must be a US citizen
Must have and be able to maintain an active Secret Clearance
Bachelor's degree in related discipline + 5 years relevant experience
Weapon systems and systems engineering
Requirements and configuration management
Trade studies and technical assessments
Verification and validation
Risk management (AF SEAM)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Clear technical writing and briefing ability
Effective collaboration within IPT environments
Preferred
Master's degree + 3 years of relevant experience
Experience supporting Air Force or DoD weapon system acquisition programs
Experience supporting ACAT I or ACAT II programs
