Responsibilities

Lead and effectively manage a high-performing Sprouts-dedicated team, driving accountability, ownership, and retailer-aligned execution
Ensure consistent application of C.A. Fortune selling principles tailored to Sprouts’ merchandising and promotional model
Equip the team with data, tools, and Sprouts-specific insights to strengthen selling effectiveness and in-store execution
Maintain regular market engagement to stay closely connected to in-store realities, competitive activity, and regional nuances
Serve as a senior point of contact for Sprouts, building and sustaining trusted, strategic relationships across key functional leaders
Act as a conduit for communication between Sprouts stakeholders, C.A. Fortune leadership, and client partners
Guide clients in packaging insights, innovation, and promotional strategies in a manner that aligns with Sprouts’ priorities and drives retailer value
Drive top-line growth across the Sprouts portfolio by expanding distribution, optimizing promotional programming, and identifying innovation opportunities
Monitor performance metrics, trade effectiveness, and category trends to proactively mitigate risk and unlock incremental growth
Ensure disciplined execution against manufacturer KPIs and Sprouts-specific objectives, strengthening long-term brand positioning

Required

Ability to build and maintain partnerships while balancing multiple stakeholders and their unique objectives
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities within Sprouts' dynamic review cycles, promotional calendars, and evolving category expectations
Results-oriented leader who thrives in a competitive, fast-moving retail environment and proactively pursues growth opportunities while holding self and team accountable to ambitious performance standards
Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate Sprouts-specific insights (category data, pricing dynamics, promotional performance) into actionable growth plans. Creating an ability to coach clients for best results
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with disciplined management of Sprouts timelines, submissions, item setup processes, and cross-functional coordination
Demonstrated success delivering results in a fast-paced retail environment, consistently meeting Sprouts deadlines and performance expectations
Working knowledge of KeHE systems, processes, and Sprouts-specific systems and distribution dynamics
Advanced communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex strategies to Sprouts stakeholders and quickly establish credibility and trust at all levels
7+ years of sales experience required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant industry experience considered
Master's degree or applicable certifications a plus
Demonstrated sales leadership experience within the natural channel or with Sprouts strongly preferred
