Responsibilities
Assist the MSAT Department by increasing visibility and robustness of internal systems
Supports validation and process parameter studies and development of process data visualization tools
Supports laboratory studies in cell culture, purification, or analytical functional areas including but not limited to upstream protein expression and metabolics analysis, downstream protein purification and sample analysis via HPLC/MS/Raman/ELISA/etc
Manages multiple priorities in complex environment assigned by assigned MSAT mentor
Works on basic departmental projects and updates stakeholders according to plan
Demonstrates competency in written and oral communications
Utilizes software and/or systems (such as MS Office, JMP, etc.) specific to the functional area to gather and generate basic reports, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence, and presentations
Performs all job duties, and responsibilities in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
Incorporates the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be currently attending an accredited four-year college or university pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree with a related STEM major
Strong academic record with a preferred cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
Conscientious self-starter with good organizational skills, project management skills and attention to detail
Ability to balance multiple projects and priorities, must be able to multi-task
Strong interpersonal communication and ability to collaborate with teams; must effectively operate independently, across functional lines, and with internal customers
Demonstrated personal initiative, self-motivation, flexibility, adaptability and willingness to learn
Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc
