Responsibilities

Respond to questions from the public about voting procedures, dates, locations, eligibility, registration, and identification requirements
Provide information clearly, accurately, and in a professional manner
Handle inbound calls and emails related to the election
Record call details, track inquiries, and update voter information if required
Use call tracking or CRM systems where applicable
Adhere strictly to election laws, guidelines, and confidentiality policies
Forward unresolved or sensitive matters to supervisors or election officers
Recognize when a situation requires higher-level intervention
Participate in training to ensure familiarity with election procedures and FAQs
