Senior Automation Engineer
Allied Reliability is seeking a Senior Engineer in Automation to support a live health and nutrition manufacturing plant. The role involves troubleshooting automation and control issues, implementing automation improvements, and enhancing control system performance and sustainability.

Responsibilities
Support plant operations by troubleshooting automation, instrumentation, and control issues
Own small-to-medium automation improvements from concept through implementation
Improve reliability, standardization, and documentation of control systems
Work closely with process engineers, maintenance, IT/OT, and operators
Reduce reliance on external contractors by building in-house capability
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in chemical, industrial, mechanical engineering (or related technical discipline) required
4-8 years of experience in industrial automation or controls engineering
Strong PLC and/or DCS experience
Comfortable troubleshooting live production systems under real-world constraints
Preferred
Emerson DeltaV experience is a plus, but not required
