Responsibilities

Support the Quality Program Manager across multiple programs at the Owego site
Support assigned programs to ensure product delivered to the customer meets expectations and all requirements imposed
Monitor and report program performance
Review and approve build documentation
Interface with CM, PC, and Program Management on a regular basis
Perform PQE activities in the inspection areas, reclamation areas, manufacturing build, and packaging and shipping areas
Provide floor support including First Article Inspection per AS9100 of all parts and circuit card assemblies
Investigate/resolution of problems/issues
Monitor/auditing/support to manufacturing, assembly and shipment
Review/input to SOW as requested from QPM
Prepare Certificate of Conformance for assemblies and product to be shipped when required
Interface with internal departments regarding problem/issue review/resolution
Interface with Customer and DCMA when required

Required

Technical Degree (B.S. or A.A.S.), or equivalent years of relevant experience in a Circuit Card Manufacturing setting
An understanding of First Article Inspection and AS9102 requirements
Proficient skill level with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Effective communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) and be able to effectively communicate and interact with Technical Operations, Manufacturing, and other stakeholders
An understanding of audit techniques
Ability to interpret drawings and specifications
Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems
Ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
Ability to travel

Preferred

Have knowledge of AS9100D Quality System and pertinent Quality practices
Previous experience working directly with, or in direct support of, Quality Assurance
Systems Applications and Products (SAP) experience/ Solumina Experience
Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming Material (Material Review Board)
An understanding and familiarity with Production Operations
Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment
Knowledge of data analytics / statistics with ability to perform under minimal guidance
Previous Quality Engineering experience
Understanding of Tableau, Pareto Analysis and Statistical Process Control
