Identify and target potential client companies
Prospect through cold calls, emails, networking, and referrals
Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities
Build long-term relationships with hiring managers and decision makers
Act as the main point of contact for new and existing clients
Conduct regular check-ins to ensure client satisfaction

Required

A college education is excellent but having 'true grit' is what truly matters!
3+ years of experience with a specific focus on Business Development
Understanding of the PMO skill set and job functionalities
Excellent communication and time management
Highly organized and strategic thinker
High-energy and positive attitude

It is preferred that this person is in the Eastern Time Zone
