Responsibilities
Manage monthly close and streamline accounting processes
Prepare consolidated US GAAP financial statements, notes, and narrative disclosures
Research technical accounting issues and draft accounting position memos
Develop, test, and maintain internal controls over financial reporting (SOX 404)
Support annual external audit and coordinate with audit partners
Oversee external tax advisors to ensure accurate and timely filings
Review operating agreements for proper accounting treatment
Support ERP system implementation and ongoing maintenance
Maintain journal entries, ledger support, and approval workflows
Monitor daily cash balances, banking activity, and investments
Prepare cash reconciliations and support treasury-related activities
Mentor, train, and develop accounting staff
Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects and operational initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Minimum 5 years of accounting experience
Strong US GAAP knowledge and technical accounting capability
Internal controls/SOX experience; public‑company background preferred
Ability to operate in a hands‑on capacity within a fast‑paced environment
Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable with both foundational and advanced tasks
