Responsibilities
Execute production workflows using established frameworks and playbooks
Act as the day-to-day production contact for assigned brand teams
Collaborate with Marketing Strategists and Content Lab on strategy and creative execution
Manage video/photo projects from brief to delivery, supporting budgets, timelines, and resources
Partner with Production Business Management to ensure proper production oversight
Support vendor bidding, coordination, and production logistics
Assist with asset planning to enable reuse and cross-media consistency
Ensure all productions meet brand objectives and creative standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in media production, communications, or a related field
5+ years of experience in video production, creative operations, or project management within in-house agencies, studios, or marketing departments
Experience managing creative agencies, production vendors, and production workflows
Solid understanding of brand storytelling, social media content, and multimedia production
Familiarity with production tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Frame.io, budgeting software, and project management platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate across teams and geographies included distributed editorial teams
Experience supporting financial oversight and vendor coordination in a matrixed organization
