Responsibilities
Create, implement, and evaluate new program surveys
Lead the district-wide T-shirt bid process
Coordinate staffing of special events
Help plan, coordinate, and run break camps
Analyze program performance and outcomes to support continuous improvement
Serve as a support staff member for RecTrac
Assist in developing and launching new programs and events for the district
Create1-2 new events or programs that would be led by this position
Assist with and attend all events overseen by this position
Explore new program opportunities and identify gaps in current offerings
Serve as the lead staff member for ePACT, providing support and training to assigned areas
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Parks and Recreation or related field with equivalent experience preferred
Three (3) to five (5) years of experience coordinating recreation programs
Three (3) to five (5) years of previous management and supervision experience
Valid State of Illinois Class “D” driver's license
Attain (within six (6) months of employment) and maintain valid Adult & Child CPR/AED certification
Preferred
Certified Park and Recreation Professional (CPRP) preferred
