Responsibilities

Support cross‑functional data initiatives across the enterprise
Learn from the Head of Data Strategy and senior leaders across the Enterprise Data Office (EDO)
Translate strategy into measurable execution
Orchestrate governance routines
Ensure financial stewardship
Craft executive‑ready communications to accelerate adoption and business impact
Partner closely with senior stakeholders across the EDO and business lines
Ensure programs, governance, and delivery align to enterprise goals

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
Eight to ten years of experience in project management, program delivery, or related activities

Preferred

Considerable knowledge of the assigned business line, functional area, or enterprise‑level operations
Demonstrated management, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong organizational and analytical capabilities, with the ability to simplify complexity
Advanced knowledge of project and program management methodologies
Ability to identify and resolve exceptions, analyze data, and make informed recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive‑level storytelling
Master's degree preferred
