The role involves leading a team of AP staff to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and contributing to process improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
Lead the daily workflow for a team of 3 AP staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing of high‑volume invoices (300–500 per week)
Review and code costs by branch and job with a high level of detail and accuracy
Serve as the go‑to resource for escalations and complex AP issues
Support process improvement and cultural refresh efforts within the AP function
Coordinate closely with internal teams, including construction and field operations personnel
Assist with invoice processing, including UPS invoices and other high‑volume vendors
Contribute to post‑acquisition integration activities as new entities roll into the organization
Qualification
Required
Strong AP background with proven experience handling high‑volume invoice processing
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and bring a tough but positive leadership presence
Preferred
Experience working with field teams or blue‑collar environments
Construction industry experience
Experience with Salesforce‑based ERP systems or Yooz
Prior acquisition or system integration experience
