Responsibilities
Identify, prioritize, and lead high-impact AI and marketing transformation initiatives for Chase Auto, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Own and deliver at least two major process or capability projects, including requirements gathering, process mapping, impact analysis, and go-to-market planning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and capabilities, integrating AI solutions into marketing workflows
Manage pilot projects to test and validate AI applications, gather and consolidate feedback, and lead continuous improvement and scaling of successful solutions
Facilitate ideation and prioritization sessions, synthesize input, and communicate progress, risks, and results to stakeholders at all levels
Communicate effectively at all levels, including executive summaries and status updates, using compelling storytelling to lead alignment and engagement
Support ongoing governance, proactively resolve issues, and ensure transparency and accountability throughout project delivery
Foster an inclusive and innovative environment, championing business and cultural transformation
Stay current with the latest advancements in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing to incorporate new techniques and best practices
Qualification
Required
7 plus years of experience in marketing, product ownership, AI innovation, or program leadership roles
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
Proven track record in end-to-end program or product delivery, including best practices, tools, and processes
Experience with AI platforms, data analytics, and project management tools
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead through ambiguity and lead results
Experience influencing and communicating across a highly matrixed organization and all management levels
Proficiency in Adobe, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint
Preferred
Experience in Financial Services or Marketing transformation
