Responsibilities
Prepare weekly cash journal entries for company bank accounts
Assist with month-end close, including reconciliations for cash, fixed assets, AP/Accrued Liabilities, and prepaids
Maintain balance sheet schedules and reconciliations monthly
Analyze profit and loss statements for assigned locations
Support Senior Accountants with integration of new clinics
Propose and process adjusting journal entries (accruals, reclasses, etc.)
Support budgeting, forecasting, and system/process improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate reporting
Participate in audits and special projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced)
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational and communication skills
Desire to grow in a high-growth, dynamic environment
