Support technical and analytical efforts to improve the quality, reliability and usefulness of reporting and data under the guidance and direction of various subject matter experts
Develop an understanding of processes and procedures and participate in recommendations for potential enhancements and efficiencies
Support technical and analytical efforts to improve the quality, reliability and usefulness of data
Develop a knowledge and understanding of the banking industry that includes both the client interactions and internal cohesion between all internal functional departments
Qualification
Required
Eager to learn about the company and the banking industry
Ability to conduct research and capture data
Willingness to attend meetings and participate in discussions
Ability to support technical and analytical efforts
Develop an understanding of processes and procedures
Participate in recommendations for potential enhancements and efficiencies
Ability to work full time, 40 hours or more weekly
Willingness to travel to branches, corporate offices, and community events
