Account Manager/Sales
CTL Aerospace is a full service NADCAP certified composite-manufacturing company providing services to major aerospace and governmental organizations. They are seeking a dedicated and personable account manager to maintain client accounts and serve as the main point of contact, ensuring exceptional customer service and building long-lasting relationships.

Responsibilities
Handle inquiries and requests from customers and address their needs
Stay on top of accounts
Meet regularly with other team members to discuss progress and find new ways to improve business
Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders within the organization
Identifies market trends, research industry and related events, publications, and announcements, for prospective business opportunities
Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities
Updates job knowledge by participating in networking opportunities; reading professional publications and participating in professional organizations
Qualification
Required
HS Diploma
Internship or professional experience in a sales or customer service role
Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to maintain confidential information
Negotiation and closing skills
High energy level of initiative, energy, and a positive attitude
Able to work in an office and manufacturing environment
Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
Preferred
College degree preferred
Engineering or technical experience a plus
