New Grad, Entry LevelThe Anderson-DuBose Company is a full-service distribution company for major quick service restaurants. The Customer Service ROP role involves planning, executing, and managing promotional campaigns while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure successful execution of promotions to customers.

Responsibilities
Maintain records of promotional data and communicate to all respective departments and DC’s
Validate dates and materials from HAVI packets and provide communication to all DCs and respective departments
Attend all internal and external alignment meetings regarding national and regional promotions
Hold weekly meetings with all departments and DC’s to keep all communications clear
Managing, completing and communicating checklists per promotion
Drive continuous improvement of promotional checklists and communication
Coordinate with DC functions (Customer Service, Purchasing, ROP, and Field Service) to execute promotions
External communications for Regional (Commitments) and National promotions
New product communications
National promotional communications
Regional promotional communications
All other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
McDonald's DC process knowledge
Experience with Supply Chain Planning tools
Exceptional customer service skills
Attention to detail
Strong analytical abilities
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, business plans, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Ability to speak effectively before groups of employees, customers or vendors
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
