Responsibilities
Works with and leads managers of assigned teams, to develop career plans, training plans, and employee engagement plans
Monitors assignment queues to ensure timely handling of support tickets
Manages personal workload while complying with policies
Prioritizes support tickets based on urgency and impact
Collaborates with functional module lead and team lead on support ticket priorities
Acknowledges receipt of support tickets and communicates with customers to gather necessary information
Reviews submitted documentation to understand the issue
Triages and resolves issues or reassigns them to the appropriate team or module lead
Provides regular updates to customers on the status of their support tickets
Ensures all actions and resolutions are documented accurately in the ticketing system
Opens and manages cases with vendors, including weekly follow-ups
Performs on-call support as needed to address urgent issues
Qualification
Required
Ability to assess and identify opportunities associated with the use of technology/automation
Strong verbal and written communication skills. The ability to effectively articulate complex technical concepts both verbally and in writing is critical for this position
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, Project Planning and Execution, Staff Retention, and Resource/Capacity Management
Knowledge of ITIL processes and overall IT General Practices
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with public and private cloud infrastructure, virtualization, mobile applications, information security, video teleconferencing, enterprise collaboration toolsets, and IT Service Management
Ability to understand, recommend, supervise, and manage cloud-provided IT services (i.e. Microsoft Office 365) in a complex hybrid environment
In-depth understanding of enterprise video-teleconferencing
Understanding of merging technologies for new business acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures
Ability to continuously and quickly learn about new systems, business processes, and technical concepts
4+ years of it management experience
6+ years of healthcare-related it experience
Experience with Microsoft Project and planning/managing execution of project-related tasks
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
Preferred
Advanced knowledge of technologies owned/supported by assigned teams, as well as their interdependencies with other systems and teams
Healthcare and clinical operations
Budget planning/management
ITIL principles
Master's
3+ years of work experience in the areas of focus for the assigned team
Project management experience
Six Sigma
Certified Professional in Healthcare Information and Management Systems (CPHIMS)
Certified Project Manager (CertPMP)
CompTIA Security+ Certification
