Responsibilities
Review and maintain customer accounts including a major wholesaler; work directly with assigned customers and coordinate closely with other departments to resolve open discrepancies
Interact with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to help account for foreign Sales and A/R transactions
Prepare and analyze month-end schedules and reports including calculation and accounting for assigned sales deductions and gross-to-net (GTN) revenue allowances
Provide support for internal and external audit requests, SOX control compliance, and outside/government data reporting requirements
Other duties and projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and at least one to three years of related A/R experience and training
Strong attention to detail and analytical and teamwork skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Preferred
Strong Excel knowledge
Bachelor's degree in Business/Accounting/Finance or related field
Accounts receivable: 1 year
