Responsibilities
Define and maintain a customer-driven product roadmap grounded in usage patterns and evolving analytics needs
Conduct deep customer discovery to uncover underlying goals, pain points, and mental models of product and business reasoning
Translate user needs into product abstractions like event schemas, metrics, semantic layers, and business context
Collaborate with engineering and data science to shape scalable systems, APIs, and workflows
Design intuitive, trustworthy analytics experiences that balance flexibility with guided defaults and AI assistance
Partner cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and adjacent product teams to support positioning, packaging, and customer conversations
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in product management or adjacent technical/analytical roles
Strong interest in analytics products, data systems, or developer tooling
Skilled at navigating both system architecture and user experience design
Able to synthesize ambiguous input into clear, impactful product decisions
Curious and motivated to explore how AI can transform complex workflows
Excellent communicator with a collaborative approach to working with engineers, designers, and customer-facing teams
Preferred
Experience with analytics platforms, experimentation systems, or large-scale data products is a plus
