PLC Integration: Navigate and debug PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) environments to ensure physical movements align with system instructions
Sorting Logic: Write and maintain scripts (primarily in Python) to improve sorting efficiency, error handling, and data throughput
System Integration: Ensure seamless communication between the hardware layer and our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Data Visualization: Develop tools or dashboards to monitor sorter health and performance metrics in real-time
Industrial Networking: Solve complex network challenges specific to the warehouse floor (latency, wireless interference, IP management for IoT devices)
Connectivity: Ensure that every scanner and controller has 100% uptime and robust failover protocols
Systems Thinking: Look at the "big picture" to identify bottlenecks. Is a delay caused by a mechanical limit, a network lag, or a software bug?
