Responsibilities
Organizing, renaming, and saving incoming clinical documentation
Tracking and organizing incoming and outgoing clinical documentation in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Performing various functions electronically using our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Coordinating with internal departments and outside agencies to ensure referrals for services are sent in accordance with confidentiality standards and company procedures
Communicating with leadership regarding the status of various projects
Collaboration with others within the department, in other departments, as well as outside entities
Ensuring confidentiality
Performing other duties related to the position
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
Minimum of two (2) years work experience with administrative job duties
Proficiency must be demonstrated in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be 21 years or older
Valid Arizona Driver's License with an acceptable 39 month driving record
Reliable transportation, including proof of Insurance
Candidates are required to submit a negative drug test
Obtain an Arizona DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
