Regional Marketing & Communications Specialist

Responsibilities
Manage the planning, activation, and reporting of regional marketing campaigns, promotions and events across digital and traditional channels
Develop and optimize campaigns using tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, and Wrike; ensure programs connect with parent campaigns for robust tracking and results analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to outline, create, and edit content for marketing emails, newsletters, social media, presentations, and events
Maintain and update internal communications platforms such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and company news channels
Identify, coordinate, and submit monthly regional social media content opportunities, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
Track performance, manage digital assets, and recommend opportunities for optimization in nurturing programs
Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, tradeshows, and customer entertainment experiences, including speaker coordination, logistics, and post-event summaries
Provide administrative support for exhibit logistics, paperwork, attendee organization, and communications to drive engagement and outcomes
Develop internal communications to inform and enable sales, marketing, and business teams; create and distribute program updates, new content notifications, and event promotions
Support content development for customer needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with sales enablement efforts
Compile, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, events, and communications using digital platforms and internal dashboards
Maintain project management tools, update project status, support ongoing tasks, and ensure timely completion of marketing initiatives
Fulfill regional website updates, manage contact and email list hygiene, and coordinate with technical and digital teams as needed
Partner with regional leadership team on additional projects, events and communications as needed (projects vary by region)
Qualification
Required
Associates or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in marketing, communications, business, or a related field
2-3 years of experience
Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with clients, program employees and vendors
Advanced copy-writing skills
Project management and event planning
Must be able to handle a wide variety of work and work in a fast-paced environment
Must be a detail-oriented, organized, self-starter, and have an ability to prioritize workload
Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook
Preferred
Preferred experience with marketing technology (Marketo, Salesforce, Wrike, Google Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager, DemandBase, etc.)
