Marketing Assistant

Kintegra Health is a community sponsored, family-centered provider of health care and preventive care services. The Marketing Assistant supports the execution and delivery of marketing materials, assists with content creation, and manages communications for both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

Assist in creating and preparing marketing and communications materials that reflect Kintegra Health’s mission, values, and goals
Support writing, editing, and proofreading of content for articles, announcements, social media, informational materials, and digital communications
Assist in assembling visual and written elements for flyers, brochures, digital graphics, and social media content
Support photo and video capture at events, practices, and community initiatives as directed by the Marketing & Communications Manager
Assist with updating external communications on Kintegra Health’s website, including locations, services, and program information
Support internal news and announcements for staff through approved internal communication channels
Assist with maintaining Kintegra Health’s social media presence under the direction of the Marketing & Communications Manager
Support electronic document management and organization of marketing materials and assets
Help ensure materials are proofread for accuracy, clarity, and consistency prior to submission
Deliver assigned tasks within established timelines and budgets
Establish collaborative working relationships with practice management staff to support consistent, professional patient-facing messaging
Perform other duties as assigned

Required

4+ years of experience in communications, journalism, media, digital content, or a related field
Experience producing or supporting content for digital, print, or social platforms
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Ability to support content creation for social media, digital materials, and internal communications
Experience with content creation or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, video or multimedia tools)
Familiarity with website content updates and basic content management systems
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments concurrently
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments
Proficiency with standard office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Ability to follow direction, ask clarifying questions, and meet deadlines

Preferred

Background in media, journalism, storytelling, or content production preferred (marketing agency experience not required)
