Responsibilities
Coach and develop team members to exceed service and sales goals
Conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback and support team growth
Oversee branch operations, ensuring adherence to policies and exceptional member experiences
Partner with HR for hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Educate and guide members through lending options, ensuring accuracy in loan processes
Meet and exceed loan volume and service goals
Build relationships with members to uncover and address financial needs
Resolve escalated issues and provide expert product knowledge
Open and maintain accounts, process credit applications, and perform notary services
Provide support for complex transactions, ensuring precision and care
Manage schedules, timecards, and cash vault activities
Ensure branch readiness with supplies, equipment, and accurate reporting
Qualification
Required
The ability to speak and write fluently in English and Spanish is required for this opportunity
3–5 years of related experience, including 1 year in management/supervisory roles
Background in retail, cash handling, and consumer lending
High school diploma or GED required
Passion for helping people and delivering excellent experiences
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail, math proficiency, and strong computer skills
Ability to motivate and inspire a team in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
A 2-year college degree or equivalent training preferred
