Day-to-day operations and strategic planning across all non-investment functions
Management and scalable process-building in partnership with the CIO
HR, payroll, benefits, and outsourced IT oversight
Estate services, real estate coordination, and domestic/international travel logistics
Executive protection and crisis management alongside legal and insurance teams
Representing the Principal to external agencies, governments, and partners
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in a family office environment
8+ years in a senior leadership role
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and competing priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
