Responsibilities

Configure CredentialStream (modules, workflows, forms, rules/logic)

Build complex/advanced reports and dashboards; ensure accuracy and adoption

Partner with business users for requirements; translate into functional designs

Implement enhancements; manage testing/UAT, releases, and production support

Maintain documentation (config, runbooks, process maps) and provide training

Collaborate with IT/vendors on data quality, integrations, and performance
