Human Resources Manager

Qualification
Required
Expertise in professional fields such as Employee Relations, Staff Engagement, and Talent Acquisition
Knowledge of HR best practices, including Compensation Management, Benefits Administration, and Labor Laws Compliance
Experience in Organizational Development, Strategic Human Resource Planning, and Performance Management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle conflict resolution, leadership development, and workplace culture enhancement
Ability to manage workforce diversity, implement training programs, and oversee onboarding/offboarding processes effectively
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership capacity within an HR team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Preferred
Familiarity with HR software systems and data-driven decision-making tools is a plus
Master's degree preferred
HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP are an advantage
