Educate clients on the Elements Wellness Program, a no-pressure membership designed to support consistent self-care
Be the friendly voice on the phone and the warm face at the front desk
Manage client check-ins, paperwork, scheduling, and payments with accuracy and ease
Collaborate closely with Massage Therapists, Estheticians, and Leadership to create a smooth, supportive studio environment
