Responsibilities
Putting cut metal in racks or containers
Assisting the saw operator
Visually inspecting the product for quality flaws
Reading written instructions and following verbal instructions
Multitasking, prioritizing and working under time constraints
Communicating well with peers and management
Following direction and working without supervision
Working flexible schedules, with periods of required overtime
Being a team player and willing to be trained to work in other areas as assigned
Standing and walking for entire shift on concrete, up to 12 hours
Twisting, bending, stooping and kneeling
Lifting, pushing, pulling and moving up to 75lbs individually or 150lbs with a partner
Grasping, squeezing, holding/handling thin to thick metal, small & large items
Reaching, handling and grasping while turning of upper body while moving and lifting
Qualification
Required
