Executive Assistant and Marketing Coordinator
Community Bankers’ Bank (CBB) is looking for an Executive Assistant/Marketing Coordinator to join their team. This role provides high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team while also managing marketing and communications efforts for the bank.

Responsibilities
Provide proactive, high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, travel planning, and expense reporting
Prepare executive correspondence, presentations, talking points, and reports for internal and external audiences
Act as a trusted liaison and gatekeeper, managing communications with discretion and professionalism
Anticipate leadership needs, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up on executive priorities
Coordinate all Board of Directors and committee meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and meeting preparation
Compile, format, and distribute board packets, agendas, minutes, resolutions, and governance materials
Maintain official corporate records and board documentation in accordance with regulatory, audit, and internal requirements
Support board onboarding, training, elections, and ongoing board communications
Serve as the Bank’s primary marketing and communications coordinator, managing day-to-day execution across channels
Create and correspond with state bank associations for advertising and sponsorship opportunities
Create branded marketing materials using Canva, including social media graphics, flyers, signage, presentations, and community promotions
Plan, design, write, and execute email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including audience segmentation, template design, scheduling, and performance tracking
Develop, write, and schedule engaging social media content across platforms (mainly LinkedIn and company website) ensuring consistent brand voice and visual identity
Assist with website updates, internal communications, and community announcements
Coordinate marketing and promotional efforts for community events, sponsorships, and bank initiatives
Monitor engagement and performance metrics and provide basic reporting and insights to leadership
Ensure all marketing and communications comply with bank policies, brand standards, and applicable regulatory requirements
Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
Coordinate internal and external meetings
Support compliance, audit, and examination activities related to board governance and executive administration
Perform special projects and additional duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant, administrative, marketing, or hybrid role
Experience supporting senior leadership and/or a Board of Directors required
Demonstrated hands-on experience in marketing content creation and digital communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva and Mailchimp required
Familiarity with social media platforms and basic analytics
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Strong written and visual communication skills
Ability to balance executive-level administrative work with creative marketing execution
High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment
Multi-task, completing multiple projects simultaneously, manage time and resources to ensure that work is completed efficiently and within established timeframes
Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally
Community-focused, relationship-driven approach aligned with the Bank's mission and values
Preferred
Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent experience considered
Background in community banking preferred
