Responsibilities

Support the development of OpCo strategy and business plans by partnering across the enterprise, analyzing data, and preparing reports
Assist in creating and maintaining detailed business plan strategies that support customer growth, affordability, reliability, and sustainability objectives
Track and report performance metrics, including scorecards and weekly, monthly, and quarterly executive reviews, to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Support regulatory and customer engagement efforts by preparing materials, coordinating meetings, and tracking key regulatory filings
Assist in drafting internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, memos, and executive briefings
Collaborate with internal teams to research and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and strategic decision-making
Support the Vice President and executive leadership in coordinating cross-functional projects and strategic initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business related field required or equivalent work experience
6 plus years of professional experience
Analytical skill set with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Advanced analytical skills and experience working on multiple assignments
Understands key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work
No supervisory responsibilities but has the ability to provide informal guidance to partners across the enterprise and explain complex information to others in a straightforward situation
Solves problems in straightforward situations; analyzes possible solutions using technical experience and judgment and precedents
Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies
