Responsibilities
Develop and maintain fully integrated, logic-driven CPM schedules across the full project lifecycle
Establish work breakdown structures, project phasing plans, and execution strategies
Lead planning coordination across multiple disciplines and stakeholders
Implement and manage earned value and progress measurement systems
Analyze schedule and cost performance, identify variances, and develop mitigation and recovery plans
Identify, assess, and manage project risks affecting cost and schedule outcomes
Develop focused schedules, fragnets, and specialty reports to manage critical scope
Plan and analyze project resource requirements, including calendar, shift, and productivity impacts
Lead planning and coordination meetings to drive alignment and accountability
Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and external partners to influence schedule outcomes
Support change management and negotiations through schedule impact analysis
Prepare clear reports and presentations for project and senior leadership
Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to staff and consultants
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, architecture, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
Minimum of five years of experience in project planning and CPM scheduling for complex projects
Demonstrated experience managing earned value and performance measurement systems
At least one year of experience leading or supervising staff or consultants
Strong understanding of project sequencing, phasing, and indirect impacts
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
Proven ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred
Experience supporting complex, highly integrated projects with multiple stakeholders
Strong risk identification, analysis, and mitigation capabilities
Advanced proficiency in CPM scheduling methodologies and tools
Ability to influence project outcomes through analysis, facilitation, and negotiation
Comfortable working in environments with high complexity and evolving priorities
