This role provides essential coverage during lunch hours and serves as the primary point of contact for customers during assigned work hours.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for walk-in customers and phone inquiries
Answer and route phone calls professionally and courteously
Perform cash receipting
Assist customers with general questions and direct them to the appropriate staff
Scan and organize documents
Provide general clerical and administrative support
Assist with special projects as assigned, including support during software implementation and data migration efforts
Qualification
Required
Senior in high school or higher
Friendly, customer-focused, and professional demeanor
Reliable and dependable
Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Prior knowledge of City operations is a plus, but not required
Benefits
$100.00 performance bonus for satisfactory work
$150 bonus for working at least 350 hours in a season
$200 bonus for working at least 400 hours in a season
