Responsibilities
Work directly with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, document, and validate requirements for Salesforce implementations
Conduct workshops, interviews, JAD sessions to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solution requirements
Translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories, process flows, and functional specifications
Partner with Solution Architects and functional leads to ensure the proposed solution meets requirements
Support business process redesign, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities leveraging Salesforce capabilities
Assist in backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT preparation, and testing support
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure design alignment with documented requirements
Prepare and maintain BRDs, FRDs, process maps, test scripts, training documents, and release notes
Support pre-sales activities by providing input on requirement scoping, effort estimation, and client presentations when required
Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure clarity, alignment, and successful project delivery
Provide post-deployment support to ensure smooth adoption and issue resolution
Qualification
Required
Overall IT experience: 10+ years
Minimum 7 years as a Salesforce Business Analyst
Hands‑on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud
Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, CRM processes, and business workflows
Experience working in agile delivery environments and good understanding of SDLC
Strong skills in requirements gathering, documentation, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process mapping
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Collaborative, consultative mindset with stakeholder management capabilities
Preferred
Experience Cloud or Industry Clouds preferred
