Mid LevelThe State of Missouri is seeking a Behavior Analyst to work at the Bellefontaine Habilitation Center. The role involves designing, implementing, and modifying behavior support plans for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as training staff and observing consumer behavior to ensure progress towards goals.

Responsibilities
Design, implement, and modify behavior support plans for a caseload of up to 35 persons with developmental disabilities to enhance adaptive behaviors and diminish challenging behaviors
Train staff in Advanced and Basic Safety Care
Observe consumer behavior, complete behavior support plans, determine consumer progress towards goals and modify behavior support plans accordingly
Qualification
Required
Possession of a current license to practice as a Behavior Analyst in Missouri
Board Certified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BCBA)
Strong observation skills
Demonstrate Professional collaboration skills with consumers
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
