Responsibilities
Create lead-focused content including email, SMS, social media, website copy, and short-form video
Develop customer education content (guides, walkthroughs, procedures) to improve PCM Nurture adoption
Translate business goals and platform features into clear, customer-friendly messaging
Maintain a consistent brand voice across all content
Support marketing campaigns and product launches with coordinated messaging
Review basic engagement metrics and refine content to improve leads and platform usage
Qualification
Preferred
Experience with email, social media, or content projects (school work counts)
Familiarity with tools like Canva, Loom, or CRM/marketing platforms
