Responsibilities
Build financial models to evaluate streaming membership benefits performance, profitability, and long-term value across products and bundled benefits
Analyze subscriber behavior - including acquisition, churn, retention, engagement, and LTV - to guide product strategy
Develop dashboards to track and present performance, benefit use, and portfolio economics
Lead forecasting, long-range planning, and monthly performance reporting for membership benefits and Goals
Perform actuals to budget variance analysis and collaborate with Accounting team to ensure integrity of financial reporting
Translate complex financial insights into clear, relevant recommendations for senior management
Monitor trends across digital manga, streaming, gaming, eCommerce, and subscription ecosystems to identify opportunities and inform strategy
Be an important contributor to the Finance team and help structure/improve Finance processes
Spearhead any projects that you believe will move the needle
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Planning, Investment Banking, or Consulting
Advanced financial modeling skills, with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
Comfortable with managing large volumes of data and synthesizing into insightful executive information
AI tool experience and ability to lead business analysis and modeling
Experience using NetSuite, Adaptive, Board, or other enterprise software
Experience presenting to a non-finance audience
Prior experience at a media/entertainment/tech or subscription based business
