Responsibilities
Prepare and clean data for analysis to ensure accuracy and reliability
Design and develop data visualizations using Power BI to effectively communicate insights
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights
Qualification
Required
5-10 years' experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role viewing data from a business perspective
Proven experience in data analytics and working with Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban, as the role will be working with metrics specifically related to Scrum, Kanban and SAFe (required)
Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization and reporting. (required)
Strong knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation. (required)
Strong knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for aggregating, filtering, and manipulating data. (required)
These skills are foundational for crafting data-driven strategies and turning raw data into actionable insights for business growth
Experience with data preparation and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes. (required)
Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
Preferred
A degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline
Solid understanding of data governance and data quality management
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. (preferred)
Understanding of data warehousing concepts and tools. (preferred)
Strong Knowledge of Python (preferred) for data preprocessing tasks and building scientific models, which can be embedded in Power BI for automation and personalization of data analysis
