Associate Area HR Director - (Attraction and Selection)

View Point Health is seeking an Associate Area HR Director to serve as a Business Partner in support of a designated pathway of care group while concentrating on leading the attraction and selection team. This role involves providing HR support, implementing initiatives, and fostering relationships to enhance HR processes.

Responsibilities

Serve as a key point of contact for all staff within a designated pathway of care
Provide assistance, consultation, and guidance as an HR Business Partner for HR inquiries of any kind, both general and complex in nature
Serve as an ambassador for the implementation of HR Initiatives
Support employee relations and engagement efforts
Interpret policy to assist and support programmatic needs and operational goals
Build and foster positive relationships and make ongoing recommendations for HR enhancements based on the feedback and interaction with those they support
Lead the Attraction and Selection unit for View Point Health Human Resources

Qualification

Required

High school diploma/GED and five (5) years of managerial or supervisory experience in human resources
Excellent organizational and both time and project management skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide trusted support at all levels
Exceptional composition, writing, and editing skills; mastery of grammar, punctuation, and business writing style guidelines; proven ability to convey clear, compelling messaging
Strong skills and foundation in sound HR Leadership principles
Solid experience with executing initiatives with positive results
Ability to collect, analyze, and leverage data to drive change
Proven relationship builder with strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement skills
Keen attention to detail with the ability to be successful with competing priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and various ATS and HCM systems
Strong dedication to results
Ability to analyze data and prepare meaningful insights to help drive informed decision-making
Superb knowledge of general attraction and selection principles, processes, and laws
Excellent track record leading an attraction and selection team with positive and successful results
Candidates for selection must pass a criminal background check (including fingerprinting)
Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and may be subject to random drug screens
Must have valid Georgia driver's license and Motor Vehicle Record in accordance with company policy
Must be able to stand, sit, and kneel for long periods of time
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is frequently required to sit, move about, hear and speak
Must be able to lift 20 pounds

Preferred

Experience providing excellent service to a variety of internal and external customers
Strong understanding and knowledge of HR best practices and employment law
Technical proficiency with HCM systems and general reporting knowledge
Comfortable and astute advising leaders and always interacting with all levels of staff
True HR generalist background and foundation with firm knowledge in all areas of HR
Absolute team player with high-priority collaboration skill set
Experience with building data reports and insights for area of specialization
Experience with building and refining attraction and selection infrastructure and programming as a lead
Extensive experience utilizing UKG (Ready), Workday or similar ATS/HCM software
