Electrical Assistant Project Manager — Traveling Role - Data Centers
Goliath Construction Consulting, Inc. is a company focused on the data center industry, which is rapidly growing and stable. They are seeking a Traveling Electrical Assistant Project Manager to support electrical construction projects, providing hands-on experience and the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager role.
Responsibilities
Support Project Managers with daily execution of electrical construction projects
Assist with scheduling, material purchasing, submittals, RFIs, and project documentation
Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, subcontractors, and vendors
Participate in preconstruction planning, design reviews, and project kickoff meetings
Help track costs, support change orders, and assist with project reporting
Gain exposure to data center electrical systems and project workflows
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years of experience in electrical construction, project coordination, or a related role
Electricians or field professionals seeking to transition into project management are strongly encouraged to apply
Basic understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and schedules
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Willingness to travel and work on job sites nationwide
Proficient with Microsoft Office; project management software experience is a plus
