Responsibilities
Take responsibility for client invoicing, AR collections management and project budgeting, as well as assistance on coding and processing A/P, timesheets, and expense reports
Manage, administer, and maintain accurate contract documentation, including entry of fee and budget
Work with business groups and project staff to provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues
Utilizing HDR’s project accounting system, work with project management and administrative staff to ensure compliance of contractual requirements
Assist multiple project managers and staff daily
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Associate's degree in a closely related field or combination of education and relevant experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling, and good telephone etiquette
Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and collaborate with various managers in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated, well-organized, and detail-oriented
Ability to handle confidential information
Proficiency with MS Office including Word, Outlook, and Excel
A positive attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
Familiarity with Earned Value Management
