Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end architectural design and solution definition for Salesforce implementation and enhancement programs
Collaborate with business, technical, and pre‑sales teams to define scalable, secure, and optimized Salesforce solutions
Assess business requirements and translate them into architectural blueprints, data models, integration designs, and system configurations
Guide development teams on best practices, coding standards, integration patterns, and Salesforce recommended guidelines
Lead technical workshops, discovery sessions, and solution walkthroughs with clients
Own the Salesforce solution architecture, ensuring feasibility, platform alignment, and long‑term maintainability
Provide architectural governance during delivery—including design reviews, approach validation, and quality checks
Create high‑level and detailed design documents:
Architectural diagrams
Integration designs
Data migration strategy
Security & sharing models
Work closely with pre‑sales to structure solutions for RFPs, RFIs, estimations, delivery approach, and project TCO
Provide thought leadership and contribute to the creation of value propositions, PoVs, accelerators, and reusable assets
Mentor junior architects, leads, and consultants; participate in talent development initiatives
Stay updated with Salesforce innovation releases and guide clients on roadmap planning and platform adoption
Qualification
Required
Overall IT experience: 15+ years
Minimum 5+ years in Salesforce solution design and architecture roles
Extensive hands‑on knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, APIs, integrations, and security models
Deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, multi‑org strategy, governance, data modeling, and DevOps
Proven experience leading large Salesforce transformation/implementation programs
Strong ability to engage with CXO‑level stakeholders, providing guidance on architecture, roadmap, and implementation strategy
Experience in pre‑sales solutioning and crafting architecture for RFP/RFI proposals
Preferred
Experience with Industry Clouds (Financial Services, Health Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, etc.) is a strong plus
