Required

Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, accounting or related field from an accredited institution
Five years of experience preferably in governmental accounting on budgeting, including one year in advanced and responsible analyst or administrative capacity
An equivalent combination of education and experience

The primary purpose of this position is to provide budget support to various divisions within the Department
This position is responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and providing budgeting and financial accountability for all the operational budgets
This includes the interpretation of budget procedures and policies while working with the program managers to detect any discrepancies or noncompliance if it exists and present to budget management
