Responsibilities
Collaborate in the comprehensive planning, coordination, and execution of events from inception to completion
Acquire new clientele and activate new customer accounts
Foster clear communication with internal teams and external partners to fulfill event requirements
Maintain strict adherence to timelines and sales targets
Provide on-site support during events, answering customer questions and providing information about product and service offerings
Proactively pursue leads generated from events
Identify and pursue business opportunities with initiative
Drive new business acquisition for our clients
Qualification
Required
Exceptional organizational and time-management capabilities
Strong verbal communication skills
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in collaborative settings
Proficient in multitasking and prioritizing assignments
High level of computer literacy
Flexible availability to accommodate event schedules
Preferred
Previous experience in sales and marketing is preferred, but not required
